Pro Content not Installing

I am using Nicepage Pro Edition on the latest macOS. The green loading bar appears on the Nicepage icon in the taskbar but the extra sections that should come with my Pro Edition are not appearing in the application. The green loading bar is sticking at 100%. How can I access the extra content please?

Hi James,

In order to access the library of Sections select ADD >> Section >> Select Category and choose Section.
