Need Help on My Pro Licenses bought in Jul,2021

Hello,

I bought the NicePage Pro license on Jul20,2021 which I was told that its professional license will remain for life time and only the free update/upgrade is for 1 year. Thats the main reason I bought this license that its one time fee and i can use it lifetime with pro features (premium one).

Now when I check the license then it shows that it is expired. Attach is the image for it.
I am not able to see premium symbol next to my desktop or online builder.

Q1 - Can you check if my license still good to access premium features
Q2 - Why I am not able to see premium icon on my desktop app even i downgraded my desktop to 4.14.1
Q3 - Can i use the online editor with my current license

Appreciate if you can reply on above three points.

Don’t update past the last included version.
Online probably won’t work since it autoupdates.
Make sure you have site backups before you do anything.
After you downgrade the desktop app, try logging out and back in and see if that works.
If not, support will need to take a look.
