As I know SEO tab in the page settings allows us to add metadata and keywords, but it's not mach useful as I notice or need extra third party code? Can you explain me more please?

Hello,

Meta description and keywords tags are always work if they are added to the page. They do not need any additional code to make them work. These are usual meta tags. Please let us know what difficulties you faced with the keywords and description meta tags.
