Hello all
I am just wanting to ask if anyone knows how to get a reply to a private post from support at nicepage please?
I can't figure out what I am doing wrong but I posted a question that I needed some help with 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back at all.
I put a tick in Is Private (topic will be viewable ONLY by you in your Profile & the Support team) but haven't had any contact back yet.
Do I have to post everything Public or something?
I added a further comment 5 days ago to maybe word it better and ask for help but I'm kinda of struggling with how to format Horizontal menu's better in Nicepage in both the header and other Joomla positions created like hmenu2 etc.
I really need support to offer some help or advice or to learn how to actually contact support for them to see my question if I am doing it wrong.
Does anybody else get replies to private topic questions?

I'm sorry for such a confusion. We reply to the private topics and they are indeed can be seen only by you and our support team. I have just replied to your initial case and I want to apologize once again as it was somehow lost in the grid. That does not usually happen and I'm upset that it made such an impression that your topic is not addressed.
I hope that we could discuss it further in your initial post and solve the issue in the nearest time.
