Once I design a nicepage website (using Joomla). Can my client log into the backend and add an article to this site?

Yes but only if he has login credentials to a valid licence of nicepage

For example if your nicepage license is businnes, you will have one license for you.
You can't give your access data to your customer....
now he can buy a businnnes license, or, if you have a PRO or ULTIMATE license, you can create access data for him.
IN THIS CASE HE MUST NOT PURCHASE NICEPAGE, BECAUSE YOU CAN CREATE A LICENSE FOR HIM

for this reason there are pro licenses (with 10 SUB Licenses for customers) and the ultimate (with unlimited customer licenses)
