Carousel arrows are hidden on mobile devises to avoid the miss-clicks and give more space for content.

Hi,
I understand, but also saw some sites where the arrows are over pictures, not next to. But that's fine, Is a valid option.
Another question. Why not having an option in main page, to display (or not) the popup cookies warning? Should not be difficult have it as a standard, I would say.

The cookies warning option is added to our wishlist. In any case it can be added as a plug-in in your CMS, there are plenty of such plug-ins.
