You can click on every Section control on the page and uncheck the Wide option. Then the section will become sheet width and you can also drag the borders to set the desired width of the control.
There is no such single option that will make the whole site use the boxed layout.

Hi, i am having the same trouble too finding where to do this. I click on section and nothing comes up.
There is a control that says collapse sheet but this only colapses 1 item on the sheet
Hi,
The general full-width layout cannot be changed. But you can still create a boxed layout by stretching the Block inner controls like Container, Grid, etc to the Sheet width:
