Ask a Question

Hello, Nicepage Team.

I´m having kind of serious problems trying to adapt the contents on every page in responsive views... The main issue is that I have to go back and forth to every view and re-arrange everything again and again because the content doesn´t stay the way it should every once I´ve re-arranged it between the bigger and smaller views... this is driving me crazy!

Thank you for your time, hope you can fix this and every content stays the way I re-arranged it for every view.

Hi,

By default, responsive modes inherit settings from Desktop Mode. But additionally, you can make changes to each mode separately. For example, changes made in Phone landscape will be inherited by the Phone portrait only. But this behavior stops when you make additional changes to the Phone portrait separately. The same is related to all other modes.
Please note that you can reset all responsive settings to default values with the Section's "Reset Responsive" option and start configuring responsive from scratch. It helps in some cases. But in this case, I suggest that you make a copy of the Section for backup.

Olivia

Hello, Olivia. Thank you for your help. I´ll try "Reset Responsive" and start all over to see if it works fine for me. Have a good day.

So I have tried the "reset responsive" on the portrait mobile version. Then I fixed the positions, etc. After that, I fixed the other displays. But then when I came back to the portrait mobile display again, it became messed up again... How do I fix this?

Hello, JessicaJaury! Wish a good day!

Well, seems like you´re not the only one with this issue (serious as I see it)... NP Team will ask you for an access to your backend to fix it, but it doesn´t have nothing to do with you and your skills or attention to look over matters... In my case, I have to be doing this all over again "almost" with every update... So, this is a NP developers issue (and serious, as I mentioned) I wish you luck to solve it or remake it (all over again), while the next update comes.

Greetings!

NP Team turns this kind of posts to private so other people can´t read them, but they don´t solve it from about "several" updates... Don´t know wich license you pay for, but for "Personal License" you have to wait a looot (Forest Gump alike pronunciation)... :P Hope you´re not "Personal" :)
