Creating a new html website, searching for theme #754455, nothing shows up. All the template options are blank squares, when searching for 10,000+ Designs, only 10 options are shown under Architecture & Building, but not the one the customer wants (#754455).

Unifi firewall settings (work settings) was blocking themes from showing up. Resolved.

Yes, firewall settings could block such requests as a new theme/page/image upload.
