Ask a Question

Hello NicePage. My name is Clay and I had a question for you. My account is under claydurkin email address
Over the past few months, I designed a simple template using your service on "Computer 1". I downloaded the Nicepage Software onto the computer and as I understand it, the designed template/work stored on the computer itself.

I now have Computer #2. How do I get my template work on the new computer that is stored on Computer #1?

I did copy/paste the website and contents in a folder on Computer #2. Then when I logged in the Nicepage website on computer #2 the template of course is not there online. Then when I tried to "import" the web contents it doesn't "see" the files.

Trying to get my template onto the new computer to be able to work on it. Thanks for your help!

Computer 1: go to Export and choose Project file.
Copy that Project file to computer 2, and import.

Do you need Premium Service to export a "file"?

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us

Export/Import requires a premium plan.

If you have a free plan, go to your PC1 .../Documents/Nicepage and find the folder that looks like Site_####### copy that folder and paste it on the same folder .../Documents/Nicepage on your PC2. This trick doesn't need a premium plan.

Sincerely,
Ahmad.

Thanks Ahmad... I'll try that. Should I download the software and try it that way?

It seemed that when I logged into the website it didn't see the contents.

Hello Clay,

Nicepage must be installed on both PC's otherwise you won't get the path by default to the projects ...Documents/Nicepage

It seemed that when I logged into the website, it didn't see the contents.

If you are talking about the Nicepage Online Builder, look for the website on your accounts. Unfortunately, there's no synchronization between the apps.

Ahmad.
