Can not to export project from Windows extension - Failed to send request

Hi!
I try to export theme for Joomla 4, or HTML page use Nice Page for Windows and get error
Failed to send request
Tried to restart NicePage and windows - it not help me,
I don't use any antivirus, only Windows defender.
Any solution?

Boris,

Please do the following.

  1. Create an empty debug.txt file in the following folder:
    For Windows: %APPDATA%\Nicepage
  2. Restart the application
  3. Provide the Nicepage team with the log file:
    3.1. send the debug.txt file to the support team
    3.2. if possible, start the Nicepage application >> click F12 (for Windows) >> switch to the "Console" tab >> reproduce the issue and provide the console log (txt file or screenshot).

This case is private now.
