Hi,

As I understand you're working with Nicepage Desktop and make a preview in a browser, right?
In general, this is behavior by default. Nicepage does not add a protocol to the map URL to make is compatible with websites which work with both http and https protocols. When the page is loaded on the webserver the protocol is added automatically. But this causes problems when you preview the page locally. In this case, the protocol is not added and the page is loaded with file protocol. The map is not working in this case.
Therefore in order to see the map, you should either use Nicepage Quick preview or export the page as HTML project and open it on the webserver.
