Conventional Wordpress Editing After Nicepage

I like what I see with Nicepage. However, a question. Suppose Nicepage goes the way of Artisteer? Would it still be possible to edit the existing Nicepage pages with Wordpress? Or is Nicepage proprietary and you gotta have it forever?

Hi,

Nicepage pages can be edited in the Nicepage editor only. To make changes and save then he needs the license. For such cases, we offer client licenses in the Pro and Ultimate packages.

if i have a client and we stop to work together, can he edit the site who he pay without my licence of nicepage? What happens in this situation?
