Hello... I understand that distributing themes and content to customers without a Nicepages license is prohibited. By the way, are there any restrictions on delivery and installation of themes + plugins (contents) created using stock images to customers with Nicepage licenses?

Yes. The images are used as examples, and you have to license those separately or use free images.
