Using nicepage, how do I make the padlock appear automatically in the address bar of the browser? I already have a security certificate installed, but I need the padlock to appear.

SSL is included with sites hosted by Nicepage. It might take a day or so to update.
If you’re using your own host you’ll need to make sure the files are set up correctly.
