Could you please clarify what exact element you mean under the "navigation button", screenshots would be appreciated.

This is the Blog Post control that only outputs the posts that you are creating in your CMS. You cannot add the alt tag to the image in the application as that is only a placeholder and the exact image will be taken later.

Thanks for the provided information, we added your proposition for alt text for menu items.

For blog images, as it's generated content you could add alt text for images from your CMS if it's possible.
