According to the provided screenshot, website styles are missing. There are could be a few possible reasons. Unfortunately, you did not provide a link to the website that demonstrates the issue and we can not say for sure. But here are a few possible reasons: the page name with national characters (encoding problem), missing stylesheet file during uploading the website to the server, exported a website in the wrong format (as Project) or you're trying to preview it from the archive.
