Hi,
The options "Send to Back" and "Bring to Front" change the order of the elements in HTML structure.
When the "Bring to Front" option is used for "Sticky" container it is located below the "Scroll Back Sticky" Containers. Since the element is sticky only inside its containing box it ceases to be sticky as soon as it reaches the bottom edge of the containing box. This behavior may be different depending on the order of elements in containing box.
If you want you can try adding z-index to the "Sticky" elements. This should help.

Sincerely,
Olivia
