I unlocked the Large Devices without knowing the consequences, now it bocame the default device. There must be an option to hide it back or make Desktop as default device. Everytime I change the page, it goes back to Large Devices. This is annoying and really need to be fixed.

There is no way to remove the Large Device view from the theme. Also when you add it you should see a warning that this step cannot be undone. Also you can save a backup of the project before enabling this device.

Sorry, there is no way to disable a large device once added, only restore the backup of the project before you have added it.
We actually do not receive many requests for the possibility to remove large device view.
