Hello again,

Can you explain me better what you mean by "Number of Unhosted Sites"?
I can only have in the 69$ paid version 5 sites in development. If I delete the sites can I make unlimited sites?

Yes.
Any site in the dashboard is considered active.
If you want to create a new site, create a Project file backup of one of the sites, save it in a safe place, delete it from the dashboard, and that will open a space for a new site to be created.

Would a website still be active after exporting? or only 5 sites can be active at a time?

Unhosted means active sites in the desktop dashboard.
You can export a Project file, save it, and then delete it from the dashboard and build another site.
