Lost hours of work!

Do you work with the Desktop Editor? If so, the file could be saved as a backup.
For me it is the following path:
C:\Users\eperd\Documents\Nicepage\backups

No, I was working with the WP plugin online.

The plugin "entered" in my NP account. After it said "sorry something went wrong". And reload an old version of the page.
Do not even know why it took such and old versione.

If I roll back the page with its WP back up, deactivate the plugin and then delete it and then again install it.
Still it says "you have not published saved changes".
The right page is on the server, but in the editor I can only see the old one.
How can I discard this changes and go back to the "old version" that is the right one?

Oh dear. If you worked with Wordpress, it looks bad. You can try to ask the provider for a backup.

For the next time: Activate the automatic save in the Nicepage plugin.

I do not know why the plugin is takin an old page as last version!
How can I delete what the plugin sees as last page?

Because the current version of the page, when I load it is fine, however in the editor I can see the old version.
If I press on "save changes" I will loose all my work.

Can you tell me where Np is taking the unsaved changes?
I can try to manually remove / edit the file.

Why Cannot I rollback the WP page (that I have) and let NP take it as the new page?ù
Can you find a way to do this please?

I just need NP to get the "last version" to be the rollback of WP that I do.

Hi, as last post, before waiting for your answer.

I have not published the "bad" page.
Can I just some how discard it and take the online page as the NP correct one?

We are totally sorry. However, we have no control over WordPress, as we provide only the Plugin to edit WordPress pages. Therefore we strongly recommend installing and design pages on the Desktop Application, as we create backups and have full control over the Export options.

Ok, I am doing it on the desktop app.

However, can u suggest this as an improvement for the plugin?
I mean, could you please suggest that if the WP user rollback the page from the version controller, NicePage reads the new (means the old) version of the page and not the current state?

Otherwise there will always be this risk while working.
