First of all please be assured that you check the same email on which verification is sent and that the email that you try to verify does not contain any errors.
Please describe steps that you made before an error occurred, the short video would be great. Also please tell us do you get any errors when you try to verify your email.

Your email is verified. You can activate your account in the app by clicking the Profile Icon -> Activate.
We have resent the email, just in case. Please check you spam folder as well.

The app continuously asks for email verification but no email is sent, the account is activated and i have checked the spam folder
