good morning, I would like to know if there is any way to edit the header in the starter plan? The one that is free, because I want to edit it in one page but it affects everything else

header templates

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Best workflow is to work from left/desktop to right/mobile, saving as you go.
Then check your work since sometimes, things don't work as intended, and others will change.
If it does change, select the problem block, press the reset button in the right panel, and make your adjustments again.
