Cannot run nicepage

Hello,

I have reiinstalled nicepage, I launch the application and when it opens a pop up comes up promting to log into outlook then hangs. I have to go to task manager and end the task to close it down.

It logs the following in event viewer:

The program Nicepage.exe version 5.1.5.5 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.
Process ID: 2ebc
Start Time: 01d90bac39d3a116
Termination Time: 4294967295
Application Path: C:\Users\b2badmin\AppData\Local\Programs\Nicepage\Nicepage.exe
Report Id: 55b7b533-b4e6-4a75-8592-4d36cce18561

Hang type: Top level window is idle

It works on other machines ok, do you have any idea what is causing this?

Hello Malcolm,

Top-level window is idle - seems to be more of a windows issue than it is an issue with our application.
Is it a repeating issue on your side? Please specify if you had reinstalled OS or if the issue occurred only after the application update.
