Ask a Question

What are you doing to me - I opened NicePage and upgraded as usual and made a number of changes

Tried to publish wouldn't let me because I had not yet paid for a further 12 months updates - need to get the payment approved

So moved back a version now it tells me the site is incompatible with this version - does this means I will need to return to a backup and make all the changes again

Been loving this software for about two years but this leaves a really nasty taste in the mouth

You should just not allow the software to be updated until payment is made not this clever con trick

very unhappy DAVID

yes I subscribed for another year I was always going to do so but just not ready at the time

I was very happy with NicePage until this saga - not so now - you really need to change your policy of allowing users to update from a working old version to a new trial only version - I spent ages updating my web site to only find I couldn't publish it

really felt like blackmail when in fact you had no need - as you can tell I am really angry and will think carefully about changing away next year

It's easy to see the date the free updates end.
Yes. Each update is announced, but is not done automatically.
Updates after the license period do revert back to the free Starter edition.
