Hello, I know you choose between; title, subtitle, header 1, header 2, text and so on for each text element, but what should you assign the page name to? Title or header 1 for best SEO practice?

eg. the name of the page is 'About us'. Should that be header 1 or title?

Generally using the H tags are good for SEO, usually H1 and H2 are used.

the name of the page is 'About us'. Should that be header 1 or title?

Both tags are H1 tags.
