To expand a bit on MerlinAZ's explanation, the HTML, WP, Joomla export options are done to either a ZIP file, a FOLDER, or directly via FTP. Use the method that is best supported by your hosting environment. When exporting to WP, I use the zip file option because WordPress is able to directly import the Nicepage ZIP file. Similarly, when I work with an HTML site, if I have access to the control panel where my site is hosted, I generate a Nicepage ZIP file, upload that file directly from the control panel and then unzip it from the control panel. If I did not have direct access to a control panel, then I would either export the project to a FOLDER and FTP that folder to the destination using an FTP program; or I would export the project via FTP and try to upload the data directly. I have never used the FTP option internal to Nicepage so I'm not sure how well it works.
