Hello
Nicepage windows app can't login, so I cant update my themes.
And also is there a way to keep old designs on somewhere then I can update them when it's required.

Clarify please, do you mean that the Desktop app is stuck on loading? If yes, try to click on the Nicepage logo in the left top corner.

And also is there a way to keep old designs on somewhere then I can update them when it's required.

Yes, you can easily back up your Projects in case you want to re-import them.
