subscription and license

The difference between Subscription and License is specified on our pricing page:

Subscription provides access to all Nicepage services, plugins, and Desktop application for 1 year.
License is a lifetime plan with 1 year of updates. After the year of updates expires, you can use the Desktop application and CMS plugins without updates.

For subscription, I assume you will be auto-billed after the 1 year at the same price?

Thank you very much for the answer, but... I still don't understand the difference... or does it mean that if I don't pay the subscription next year I can't continue using nicepage, instead with the license yes, but I don't have access to the updates

With a Subscription, you save 20%, with One-time payment and without auto-renewal. One-year application subscription, with one year of updates. After your subscription expires, Nicepage will be launched with the Free Starter Plan until you renew the subscription.

For the License, you have a lifetime application license and One year of updates. If you don't want to continue to pay for the updates, you can continue to use the last Nicepage version before your updates expire.
