After reinstalling nicepage it won't start, I don't know what's wrong with that, I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it again and again and still the same thing. Where can I find the folder where nicepace is installed?

First of all, please check if nothing blocks Nicepage and its resources by a firewall or antivirus, then click on the Nicepage Logo in the top left corner and tell us does the issue persist after that.

Hi Peter,

Could you please provide us with the log file:

  1. Create an empty debug.txt file in the following folder:
    For Windows:
    %APPDATA%\Nicepage

  2. restart the application

  3. Provide Nicepage team with the log file by following one of the following steps:
    3.1. send debug.txt file to the support team
    3.2. start Nicepage application >> click F12 (for Windows) >> switch to the "Console" tab >> reproduce the issue and provide the console log (txt file or screenshot).
