Little confused here..
First, you ask me to upgrade or renew my subscription for 99$ instead of 199$ and then you send me another email Cyber Monday for the ultimate upgrade for 75$- instead of 349$ - If I would have known I would have waited for cyber Monday????

The price you see now is the price for the upgrade from the active Pro version to Ultimate. Before you have seen the price to upgrade from your old Pro version to the Ultimate with the free updates, so everything is correct.
