Why can't I just contact administrative support (sales) to get my payment validated and work with it. In addition, the upgrades are misleading and it appears that after the upgrade suddenly there are still limitations in the package (which were not clearly reported in advance). You have to upgrade again. I feel robbed and will explain it that way in many previews.
