If you used the desktop app on your notebook computer, the site files were on the computer, not online unless you exported the Project files and backed them up somewhere.

Muchas gracias.... en el portatil tengo estas dos carpetas (las adjunto en los archivos) cual me sirve?
y si es una de esas dos, como la puedo volver a importar a la aplicacion? Gracias

If you reinstalled Nicepage on your laptop, there should be a Documents\Nicepage folder there.
Copy the Site_13740166 folder, and Site_268485428 folder, into the Documents\Nicepage folder.
Close Nicepage and reopen it.
Hopefully, you will see the sites in the dashboard.

Hola que tal? sigo teniendo problemas para ver mi sitio en Nicepage.... en Mis Documentos se creo una carpeta Site_13740166 y no hay ninguna mas... cuando trato de importar o abris sitio desde la aplicacion de Nicepage, me pide abrir un documento ZIP y no hay ninguno...los otros archivos, html y .json no los reconoce. Que se puede hacer?

While waiting for support to respond, what I would do is two things.
First, I would move that Site_13740166 folder to the Documents\Nicepage\ folder.
Then I would go into the Nicepage app preferences, and make sure the working folder options is pointing to the Documents\Nicepage folder.
Close the Nicepage app and reopen it to see if that site is being recognized in the app dashboard.

No me funciona... al parecer no tengo respaldado el sitio en mi notebook.... hay alguna otra forma de recuperar la web? ya la descargue a mi notebook a través de un programa de FTP, pero no se como introducirla en Nicepage...

Exported html files can't be imported back into the app.
Only previously exported Project files from backups can be imported.
If you have the Site_###### folder, that should work in the app, if it's in the correct folder, and the preferences point to the correct folder.
Let's see what support says.
