Hi Support/Nicepage,

Why are you not responding to my question/issue in the private? I have asked several times now but you do not respond. WHY?? I can understand the first time but I have repeated ask for a follow up and you never responded.

You know what, I am going to post it here. So you can respond here and not in private. Why does the custom HTML code dissapear after previewing it or publishing it. I have also send you my project as requested.

In the left column at the top, click Outline.
Then go down each block and you should find the html element you used.
The code will be in the right column.

Thank you Merln, you should work in Nicepage support. At least you responded and they haven't. Past 3 days no response

Regarding the html code, it just dissapears after previewing it or publishing it. I will however create a brand new blank site and try it out.

Do you mean it’s not being saved?
Maybe click the save button in the top bar to force saving before publishing?
