Unfortunately, it is not possible to import existing sites to Nicepage. You can import only those sites that were previously exported as Projects. For you, it is only possible to recreate your website in Nicepage from scratch.

Yes, you can easily create a site using the Nicepage app and upload it to your hosting. For this purpose, we have such types of export as HTML, WordPress, and Joomla.

If yes, can I design a contact form that works on my own web hosting?

Yes, you can select the PHP script sending method. For this method, your hosting should be configured for sending emails.
