I have paid the fee, but the page export is not what it looks like in the template. Many things are not displayed, pictures are not displayed, fonts are changed, the format is very messy, and there are black big checkmarks. Why is this? I have paid for one year.

Login template, 404not Found template, shopping Cart template and other pages here cannot be opened in the browser or exported，why？

Could you please provide a few screenshots that demonstrate the issue? Also, please let us know the exp[ort type you're using.
According to the description and if you're exporting an HTML website I recommend that you set the page names in English. This name is used to generate filenames for HTML export. The national characters in the filename may cause problems with missing styles.

Templates are elements of the theme, they are not content. These design elements are used for specific types of CMS pages. E-commerce templates work with Woocommerce for WordPress and VirtueMart for Joomla. They do not have their own content. They display real content from CMS. But you can use Quick preview to see the template preview with a dummy content.
