Ask a Question

Hi, I purchased a @Nicepage Personal Edition license in February 2021. My understanding was that I had access to all facilities and that I could receive updates to Nicepage for 12 months, and that I could continue to use the full facilities indefinitely after the 12 months had elapsed but would no longer be able to receive updates.
I've tried to use Nicepage in the last couple of weeks and I am being told that I cannot add new blocks to a page because there is a limit of 16 blocks per page and that I need a premium license to exceed the limit of 16. Also, I can no longer create a project file when I Export the web-site.
There was no mention of these restrictions when I purchased the license.
Am I doing something incorrectly?

You should have your active license using the last version before your license expired.

I'm using version 3.11, which is from before the license expired. I couldn't use a later version because menus stopped working on iPad 2 devices, which alot of my users are using.

I want to clarify because I just bought a licence today to Version 5 Business. When it expires next year in November...my updates will end but I can still use the features and including any images that were supplied by Nicepage? There will be no limitation on the number of "blocks" as noted by @MerlinAz right?

A fully functional NicePage just without the benefit of update. .

Please let me know.

Ronny,

Yes. Correct. Your purchased version + 1 year of updates after the purchase date.
And you can get it from https://nicepage.com/User/app/downloads.

I've downloaded and installed my latest available version of Nicepage (4.6.5) as per the instructions above, but the restrictions still apply. When I try to activate my license, I'm told that I haven't got a license. How can I re-activate my license?

Problem solved. Please ignore the above post. I signed out of Nicepage and signed back in again, and all is working as expected now.
