Unable to see my sites

Try to remove the original site with this domain (backup this site just in case), and assign it to a new site. Will it be helpful?

OK thanks. So luckily I had access to my old laptop and was able to export and import. But now I have another problem. After doing the import I am unable to use the domain that I had originally used and I get an error saying its already used, well ofcourse it is, but its the same site and same account. Please check screenshot

Projects from Nicepage Desktop are saved locally. It means that if you install Nicepage Desktop on another computer, you will not see your Projects from your previous device. As the user above wrote, you need to export your sites as Projects from your previous computer, upload them to your current PC, and import them to Nicepage Desktop.

You need to export your sites as Project files from the old system and import on the new one.
