Dear Sir

i am trying to export my website for backup but its not downloading. can you please solve my problem?

its not good always i have such a problem. i paid for 1 year to work without any problem and 24/7 support. but every time having same problem and make me stop for 2 or 3 months. who will shall this responsibility? if its like that the time you have issue in your site, you have to reimburse the money.
or if you are not reimbursing the money for the time your site its not working in a proper way give support, to solve my problem.

Unfortunately, some problems sometimes take a long time to resolve.
We cannot say how long it will take to resolve your latest issue. You are the only one facing this problem now.
Most likely a problem with your ISP.
