Parallax effect for images

Hello,
I would like to know if the parallax effect for elements in the foreground (like pngs or text) will be available anytime soon.
I'm referring to something as seen in Tilda, where you can add different parallax settings to literally any object: that would be very, very useful and I think it's really a pity that this option isn't available at the moment. :)

You can have it only for the BG of Blocks.
