how can I show hidden images?

I've hidden images that I don't have a clue where they are and don't have a clue how to unhidden them. I only notice that I've them because I can't delete them in the images section and in html validatores.

P.S. I know there is 5 buttons to hide and unhide elements but in this case they are hidden in ALL devices. I can't select them to unhidden.

Please select a page on which your hidden images are >> select the Outline option and find the hidden images in your block.
