Image issue in explorer

Okay more freaking surprises with this program and 9 hours until client presentation !

  1. When testing my site in Explorer I get distortions of my logo pngs on all pages.
  2. Lines are showing up on all of my inset images.

I'm minutes away from bailing on this program and having to rebuild it overnight in another program.
