windows app issue

Hello Support,

i had isntalled the windows app, but after instalation not running. It opens the apllication but no window shows up.
Does not show any error... another apps and programs run normally.7
Please help me.

Hi, Zsolt,

For testing, please disable your antivirus, firewall, and all other apps that may affect the work of the Internet, and try again. Also, try to run the Nicepage app as an administrator. Will it be successful?

Hi, Zsolt,

In this case, try to do the following: uninstall the app, delete the Project folder (find it in the Documents/Nicepage folder; before doing it, backup all your Projects if needed), install the app again, and try to run it. Will it help you?

If that does not help, please make sure that you have full rights to the folder with the Nicepage app. Maybe there is something with permissions.

You are very kind, but I did all this and it didn't help. Can't the problem be that I have the app installed on my previous computer?

Hi, Zsolt,

It shouldn't be the reason, you can easily install the Nicepage app on any computer.

Could you please specify the exact operating system you are using? Also, if you have two or more drives on your computer, try to install the Nicepage app, and move it to another drive. Will it be helpful?
