If the sites were created on your previous computer, and you never backed up the Documents\Nicepage folder or Project file backups, you will need to rebuild the sites.
Only Project files can be imported.
When you say the computer was updated and Nicepage was uninstalled, I would check to see if the Documents\Nicepage folder is still there, or maybe the folder is in the recycle bin.
Also, check any system backups you have.
Did you by chance check the box so the exported html files included the Project file also.
