If I supply a hosting Company with the html files and set the form to php. Will the hosting Company be able to insert where the email must be submited fro the actual for or how do I setup the email form to send to a particular email address?

If you want to send your email by using a PHP script, it should work on your hosting, confirm that your hosting is properly configured.

Choose your Contact form >> Submit to >> Add and choose Send Email with PHP Script. Fill up the fields, and that's it.
