background image AND background color together?

It seems that it is not possible to set a background image and a background color. For example, I have a transparent PNG that I want to use as a background image. Since the PNG is transparent I want to set a background color as well, so that the transparent image is "on top" and the background color shows through.

Is that possible? See screenshot ...

Update: I could get it to work using custom CSS ...

Hi,

You can try to add Shape, set transparency, change it to the size of the block, and add a background image. Alternatively, you can add the background color, and add your image as the Image Element, not the background image.
