Hi, Arun,
1) You can find Canonical under Page Settings ==> SEO. If a page can be accessed from several URLs, search engines can consider these URLs as completely different pages though they have the same content. The duplicating of pages harms search engine optimization. That is why canonical links exist.
2) As I see from your screenshot, you use the Gallery Carousel Element. Unfortunately, it does not support auto-scroll. Concerning improving the size, what exact difficulties are you facing with it?
3) Unfortunately, there is no option for adding and updating the sitemap. If you publish your site on external hosting, you can add the sitemap file manually.
