Nicepage contact form change

I am currently on nicepage 4.20.x and I really love this product. I do a lot of PHP forms that submit emails. I would like to request an enhancement to the GUI interface. I would like as to add the sendIpAddress switch to the GUI interface so I have the choice of removing that information form the email that is sent when the form is filled out. Right now I have to manually change the PHP code after the PHP script is generated...
