Dear Nicepage team,

Good day to you. My concern is I cannot load the templates particularly when I'm clicking 10,000+ designs button.

It popping a message " Failed to Send request". Attached screenshot for your reference.

Clarify please, does it happen in Nicepage Desktop or Nicepage Online? Anyway, I checked this feature in both of these apps and I did not face this issue.

First, disable your antivirus, firewall, browser extensions (if it's Nicepage Online), and all other apps that may affect the work of the Internet, and try again. If that does not help, try to use another network or VPN if possible. After doing these actions, let us know about the result.
