Set the Page Settings >> SEO >> Title to a different name and this title will be shown as the page name but for the URL will be used the Page Settings >> General title.

menüde ÜRÜNLER olarak görünüyor
link ise Ürünler.html oluyor. Benim istediğim link urunler.html

Well, then check if it's the same everywhere. Check the Page Settings and in the Menu items >> Link Settings. Make the name urunler everywhere.
